“All religions, arts, & sciences are branches of the same tree. All these aspirations are directed toward ennobling man’s life, lifting it from the sphere of more physical excistence and leading the individual towards freedom”

Life is a mystery, not a problem to be solved
Albert Einstein
I don’t worry about being unknown. I worry about being worthy of being known.
Confucius
Life is not about arriving to your final destination; in the end everyone’s final destination is death. It’s about the journey you take along the way, know what your goals are, but don’t lose sight of the journey. Although it is important in life to have goals, focusing soley on your goals will rob you of a lot of pleasure. Try to use the challenges in your life as opportunties to grow. I have come to learn that if we are not continually growing upwards by trying to transform into better versions of ourselves, we are either standing still or going in a downward motion. All our moments are choices and for today I choose the light over the dark and looking outside of myself instead of focusing in on me.
Enjoy the journey, it is the only one you will ever have.
Tao Te Ching teaches us how to find Tao (the Way). Our progress along the Way is often interrupted by distractions. One of these distractions is wanting.
Tao Te Ching tell us “If you think you don’t have enough, then you will never have enough.
Instead of meeting our needs and being happy to have a few luxuries, we let our wants take control. Focus on your need for love, meaningful work, good relationships and you will reduce the number of wants you have.
The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious.
Albert Einstein
What lies behind us and what lies before us are
tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
Ralph Wadlo Emerson
